@@Gatorade69 Maybe this line came from one of those companies who was in the Nakatomi Plaza in Die Hard. Remember Christmas parties were more 'fun' in the 1980s!
Hey there Laura! Looking gorgeous as always. I don't think I have ever heard of this toy line, even in the 80s, which I had grown up in. I too like and enjoy science, and these would be my cup of tea if I were a toy collector like you. I'm impressed by the research that you do when you describe your subjects. The quality of your videos has always impressed me ever since I have subbed to your channel. Keep up the great work and best of luck with the third LL gaming channel. I know that you'll hit it big with it just like the other two. Have a great weekend my lovely friend. Stay legendary and be well. Ciao bella! ❤️❤️🌹🌹
Aw thanks Ed!! Means a lot! --Ya very cool toy line eh?? Very unique! I think I'll be setting up my computer and such this weekend, very excited! Hope you have a fantastic weekeeeeeend!! 🤗
@@LauraLegends Same to you Laura. Your gifts in the form of two caps should make their way towards your PO Box. Your other two gifts (DVDS), should make their way to you soon. Please keep an eye out. Take care of yourself sweets. 🤗
@@LauraLegends Thank you for the lessons. Try and do a team up with Scott at Spector Creative sometime. Hes an ally on the inside. Always makes time for his viewers. Great guy
Yeah, I was a kid in the 80s and nothing. Have you heard a weird al song called germs? This line of toys makes me think that song was made because of them. XD
The funny thing is. At some point you're on the verge of cackling and completely losing control as if you are losing your mind. But it doesn't stop you from reading and immediately going to the next card. HAHAHA
Food Fighters was a great line of toys I had as a kid. Most people I talk to about the toy line think I'm crazy until I show them they were a real toy line. I had the whole set including the 3 vehicles.
I never knew these existed & thanks to Laura Legends, Mistress of Weird Wacky 1980s toys now I can never forget they exist. Thanks for your many fun & unique videos! The burp one looks like it would make for a good repaint into Spider-Ham.
Had a few of these as a kid and I loved them even though they are completely useless lumps of rubber. LOVE this video! Thank you for reading all the lab reports!
I have a few of these on the way right now. Super excited. Also if you don’t have the Mad Scientist alien dissection toy I’d look into that. It was a favorite of mine back in the day 😁
I didn't have any of these but... I personally love these kind of figures that really do anything cause it just makes it more easy to collect and display there is a charm to these kind of toys
I had quite a few of these Germs, they were such a bizarre toy and I loved the test tubes. Back in the 80's we didn't need to articulation or sounds or lights, we had the power of imagination! Also another great series of toys was Rocks & Bugs & Things.
I like how you are so knowledgeable about everything you have. I can tell you do your homework on new things that you get before doing a video. I really like that. It's cool that you are educating us on DIFFERENT things. Keep up that great work. You earned yourself a new subscriber. Ohh... I love your hair :)
Another great vid! I always like how you're positive, bubbly, and upbeat - I know personally content like this cheers me up during this pandemic. I also like when you do these sorts of vids you give us a thorough breakdown/history of the toyline. I'm really not sure if we ever got these in the UK. If we did, then I don't remember them! 😂
Smelly feet and body odor are sort of caused by germs in real life, I think. Just not the harmful kind. Funny that Mad Balls (which I loved as a kid) are just as unmovable, but their function -- to be thrown -- makes them play-worthy. I think the image for Microboss is Greek, and the commercial is Italian. It looks like Diramix, the company advertising the toys, is based in Milan. Fun video. Thank you.
Thanks Laura. Cough sure looks like the slurm snails from futurama. Your trippy commercial should have been after you sniffed that trapped new plastic smell. Hope your OK. These are truly bizarre and funny.❤️🤠
I'm surprised this toy line got past my radar, since I consider obscure, knock-off, weird toys like this to be my forte. They really are wonderfully bizarre!
I am an 80s kid and dont remember those. So much MOTU stuff, I may have been distracted. The card looks familiar. Can you squeeze the tube a little when putting stopper in? Push some air out to get plug in?
You almost went Black Metal with that commercial! The grossest thing I have is the TMNT Ultimates Mutagenman & I turned 30 today. Laura, are you going through a RU-vid burnout? I was impressed when you somehow uploaded 3 videos a week but lately you've been doing once a week or so.
@@LauraLegends Thank you. Laura, be careful out there. If you need some outdoor music I recommend the Mushishi ost. It's the anime with the most soothing nature soundtrack.
I am not sure how I ended up here again, but I am glad of it. I love your passion for collectables. If I sent you an ulu knife or a piece of whalebone, would that be offensive? They are the things I collect. Well, that and rifles and such. You like fishing, ever try whale? I am such a northerner :P
In the midst of cringing (lol), I noticed one referenced Dover, Delaware. I live 30ish mins from there and visit it often (at least I did before the coronapocalypse)
so what's to say? nice growlin' vocals at the beginning of video. and i think that those things have never made it to italy. but in the early 90s we had something called "brufols" (don't know the name in canada or usa), little monsters who hoozes slime like when you squeeze a pimple.
@@LauraLegends Just checked the tracking and it says it is at the delivering post office. Hope you enjoy them. Plus have you seen the Safari Ltd. Armored T-Rex Dinosaur Prehistoric Figure 100712 and the Safari Ltd. Armored Triceratops Dinosaur Prehistoric Figure 100733 I just ordered them and they look pretty cool from the photos I hope they are as cool in hand.
