@@nyteowl8069 Some guys aren't that built and stacked so more like 135. If you could make 145 you wouldn't be thinking "I should go to welterweight". You'd be aiming for 155 because that makes more sense.
@@muamerblazevic1837it’s called eating food and growing and become a real man. This boy should minimum be fighting 155. Typical rat behavior from these kind.
@@thegrantula1781your height definitely plays into how big you can be. He's weight cutting to fight smaller guys idek what was the point of your bozo take
@@EyeseeUriPyeah i agree, i dont fight for a living so this going to sound crazy coming from someone typing on their phone but.. its kinda poosay to be 6 foot fighting at 125😂 but im not the one stepping in the cage so i dont have no right talking bout being poosay or not when it comes to fighting
This Reminds me of one of my friends I grew up with who boxed at 145 even tho he was 6'2 because he was a bully and everyone his size had the same reach and beat him up all the time😂
He Actually Doesn’t Look Dead At 125 Like Alotta People Look When They Cut Waaaaay To Low Like Connor At 145 Or Alex Everytime He Hit 185 This Dude Might Just Have A Frame Built For That….That Being Said If He Doesn’t Use That To Become 125,135 And Possibly Even The 145 Champ Than It’s A Waste…Sean Is Only 5’11 And His Reach Makes Him Hard To Hit Imagine Having 5 Or 6 Inches On Everyone In Height And 2-4 Inches On Everyone In Reach? At 125 He Should DOMINATE All The Way To Pantoja.
Cutting that much is horrible, I’m only 5’7, and when I use to box I would cut to 126. I got stopped in a fight I was winning easily, it’s just not worth the cut. Fight at a weight where your not starving yourself, you don’t wanna cut your life span Fr. Godbkess
I think we'll start to see more people fight closer to their natural weight, i feel like people have a lot more sucess moving up then down rn. Michael pereria he was a nobody at 170 look at him 185 he looks unstoppable, gastellum looked good against chris curtis at 185 had nothing for sean brady at 170, whittaker, strickland pereria all had success moving up in weight
Walk around weight is 148 according to him , example michael chandler gets to 190 and cuts to 155 but ya just comment on something you don’t know shit about lol
@@AngryblondeDude literally said he walks around 148 pounds, and was under 135 multiple days out. You guys are both idiots. There really is no help for this dumbass community smh. Also dude got ragdolled by a 5'4 guy so any argument you have is pretty much null
It’s called being a black and always wanting an unfair advantage ( he starves himself to fight guys way smaller and still loses cuz he’s black( glass chin ))
Weight cutting is not a cheat code It should be illegal is that the fight around your natural weight and if you can't sit natural for a year then you have to change class
Why are people trying to say hes a weight bully? Think about it. Hes 6ft. A lot of that weight is not muscle or even fat lol if anything hes at a big disadvantage fighting at 125. Stop hating
There is absolutely no way he doesn’t get knocked out. And I only say that because there’s absolutely no way he’s properly hydrated or nourished in the slightest and the impact that has on guys is just so immense it’s honestly hard to put into words until you experience something like that yourself. Youre SO compromised under those kinds of conditions even after rehydration and a solid pre fight meal this guy would’ve all but gutted himself to make this weight cut. And if your entire camp is centered around cutting weight you’re not getting the reps in you should be getting plain and simple that’s across the board. The body only has so much energy and when you’re not feeding yourself regularly you just blatantly have less to give. I’m exactly the same height as this man and I weigh 190 in training and walk around weight, then fight at 185. This guys fucking nuts in a bad way, that’s not a compliment.
6ft 125er, I'm done with watching the UFC LOL. They have taken the weight bully thing to a whole new level. I was just discussing sean omalley, and then I immediately see this. This honestly shouldn't even be allowed. I understand it's weight categories, not height, but I'm not gonna play stupid with you. If the whole idea of weight classes, is to make things as even and fair as possible, then they should change some rules to include height. From omalley, to sandhagen, to holloway, to anderson, to jones, to a number of guys. All spent or spending, their careers fighting in weight classes they were/are too big for. Its ridiculous at this point.
Wow I’m 184cm or 6ft and 165 pounds lean around 11% body fat and I feel I’m underweight . Talk about being a weight bully . Ufc needs to stop this shot by doing what one championship does hydration tests on the fight day or my national bjj competitions we have weigh in on the day so you can’t do massive weight cuts
Am I the only one who thinks he’s not that skinny? His shoulder are very narrow but he’s got a good amount of muscle, looks like a bantam or even featherweight.
Why is fighting so low so important. You’re literally cutting natural weight to fight smaller because you can’t handle bigger and stronger so you need the length and unnatural weight in order to be relevant. How is extreme weight cutting any different than cheating? Your attempting to basically fight the grade-schoolers while in college and pretend you’re amazing because of it. This is the worst part of the sport outside the WWE antics.
nice to see another skeleton on earth. I'm 5 9 but i have only ever weighed the most of 117. its so fucking hard to eat that much food. so hard. idk how people down 5k calories just for breakfast, id go catatonic.
I can make 125 and I am 6'1. If you do it slowly, its not bad. Weight cuts only become dangerous when you lose a ton of weight in a short period of time.
@dubstepXpower I'd rather fight someone shorter. It helps in both striking and grappling. You're able to get better leverage, kind of like the difference between grabbing a something big that you can't wrap your arms around vs something small that you can grasp up closer to your body. The leverage is just better. It's easier to get an underhook with longer arms and it stretches over a smaller area with a shorter person.
Depends how ur built I guess I’m literally 6’ exactly and I used to be an addict literally didn’t eat for days and the lowest I got was like 147 I’m not big boned either but I guess everyone is different
@Harlantown You would be surprised how much weight you can cut if you diet correctly. I'm a PT so I know the ins and outs so I was 135 before I started gaining weight but I was gaining weight purposely. I could have been 125.
