See, if you secure a good AIR in JEE and are eligible for a good IIT and let's consider if you aren't that financially strong then also there will be many firms who will provide you with loans. In that 4 year course instead of enjoying you may study hard to achieve a decent placement. Even If you qualify for AIIMS, then also the standard of living in AIIMS is still quite low. I think financial reasons are today excuse for many, instead we should work hard.

As their tick mark paper and cutting of syllabus & they treated by govt as chhui -mui (sensitive ). We have to write descriptive manner all questions.
