I just NEVER get tired of watchin you wield the magical markers! Ahh hell... or the entire Hamburger! Game Changer system you have created so the rest of us mere mortals can achieve some pretty freakin awesome results!!!!!💛🖤💛 Stacy
So glad the big brush is back. I need several replacements. I checked blick and the Duo brush markers don’t seem to be there. Found them at Jerry’s like you said. Not at the Art Supply Warehouse either. So dashing to the art supply store right now isn’t possible. I’ll have to wait on the mail. But patience is a virtue and virtue is its own reward. 😂
I love my Pitt Pens all of them. I adore the Big Brush pens and glad you have experimented with the new ones. It is cool they have the 2 nibs in one. I may have to try some Mixed Media now lol
I love learning all the new techniques!! Thank you Karen!! I need those pitt pen white ones for sure !! I didn’t know the white existed. More supplies. Ha! Could I please get the new hamburger cheat sheet? I love the visuals!! 😊
I wish the tip was the Same as old brush marker. I wonder why they. Changed it because it was really good I also don't love the pen tip I wish it was a bullet nib or something but thats just me being picky.I am so glad they have some version of big brush version back because I was sad when they discontinued them
@@meganklobchar7014 I'm not in love with the little baby tip either lol - I do like the new nib but only because I just needed a big one! I'm not picky as long as it lays down a LOT of pigment, I'm cool with that! But I use these in such a specific way, probably different than most! But like you said, at least they brought it back, that's the most important thing, they are so unique!!
OMG I love love love layers of sealant. Changed how I do art entirely. So much fun and when you do layers and layers of color is fun to play with! Thanks for sharing. I don't have the pens you have I do use inktense, it seems similar but I haven't tried erasing it.
I’m a HUGE fan of Pitt pens. I use them on top of watercolors and acrylics to add details like eye and lip colors. They play so nicely with acrylics, which alcohol pens do not.
Hi Karen, The new Pitt Pen Markers you can get them through Jackson Art in a nice Nylon storage Case with Graphite Pencils. I got them at the end of 2022 during Christmas sales. I thought I had purchase the same item in when I got the watercolor markers they are so similar. Maria
I have had really bad experience with the Pitt Pens. I bought a lot of Pitt Pens s few years ago but most of them dried up. I had hardly used them so the ink had not run out. I can only hope the new ones are of better quality. Thank you for the demonstration of the new pens.👍
That’s so crazy! I have the same ones for over a decade (because as you can see I only use tiny bits at a time so they are still all going strong) and they still work great! I wonder if you just got a really bad batch????
Thank you for this. I’d love to try some but if you can’t afford a big set, what are some of the colors you would recommend to buy singularly that would be good for things like eyes, hair, lips, etc?
I recommend this 6 count skin tone set if you can only afford a few to get started! Here is the affiliate link! amzn.to/3PUBpwc You can also browse my art supplies recommendations here: awesomeartschool.com/p/artsupplies Hope that helps!
Hey 👋 Karen…question? Does the new dual tip Pitt marker pen have a fiber brush nib (like the original) or the more durable foam rubber type brush nib more similar to the copic style nib?
