The dude you were saying her name is Mercier and she’s a vocal coach and also a kumu streamer one of the best singer in kumu. The guy behind the camera and the one who took the video is Lucas Garcia from idol Philippines. We are on the same Fam/Management in kumu, we had a digital concert that time and decided to drink and swim after that concert.
The girl who sang "I need you" is Minna Atab. She is from Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. She is a local band vocalist and yes she really has the talent in singing.

IKAW NGA is a classic OPM that was originally sang by the Southborder band. There's also a version of it sang by Jona and a duet version by Jona and Southborder. Later on, Michael Pangilinan and Regine Velasquez released their own version of this song. It was also sang by Elaine Duran and John Mark Saga in Tawag ng tanghalan. Yeaaahhhh Ovela, most of us sing just radomly even when we are at home. Especially, when we are bored. In my case, we worship at home morning and evening that's why we used to sing almost everyday 😂
That dude singing in the water was actually a training just like Regine Velasquez when she was a kid. It helps strengthen your lungs and improve breathing technique because of the pressure came from the water.
