It’s only hard when you don’t have the audience.. no mail list, no traffic, why wouldn’t they accept you, that’s my experience. When ever I build a blog I usually go hard the first 3 months building a solid traffic base, before applying for affiliate programs

@@neovo071 True... What I meant to say is that you could not create a funnel page, a landing page, a particular blog, no matter how well written or composed that could advertise their product. That these companies ONLY go by the metrics of a " website" instead of its particular content. In other words, it wont matter if you are a starting affiliate marketer and create the most perfect blog to advertise something, unless as you say, you have months and months of content, and THEN , they will consider you.

The problem is that they don't want spammers. They want legit marketers.

Googles always changing. Keep your head up - I see all of this as new opportunity. When there’s change, there’s opportunities all over the place

It kind of does feel like that, I agree. Before AI, I wrote 60 long articles manually, took a lot of trouble to make them as good as possible. I got great rankings and good traffic. A short while later, Google cut 75% of my traffic, and the articles that now ranked above me were low quality shit. You make the effort to give Google exactly what they and the searcher want, and they penalise you and reward lesser quality. It’s not about quality or ‘helpful content’, whatever Google says. They either don’t want quality, or they can’t recognise it.

Those who stand to profit don’t mind a little persistence. Being an owner requires adapting. There’s lots of other ways to make money out there, but they all require work 🎉

@@johnbuell8035that’s just not true. As long as people are turning to google, it’s because they are succeeding at giving users what they want. You didn’t give them what they really wanted, you can’t just blame google. I’m saying this not to judge but hopefully shift your mindset. There are many skills to Seo, marketing in general and writing persuasive content, with better headlines. That’s not up to us to decide- but the market
