I assume it could be adjusted for a custom fit. This would make a comfy nightie, too, in a lightweight lawn or even a cotton knit, like a soft T-ahirt fabric. Making the straps tie at the shoulder would make it adjustable. Get it tied just perfect and tack the bows. I've said for many years if men knew how cool and comfy skirts and dresses are they'd be wearing them, too. This is one of those no brainer summer every day dresses. Hot as blazes but you look cool and fresh in your cute little summer dress!
A bandeau bra in a complimantary color solves the problem. Very inexpensive and in all kinds of colors. I'll even put one over a regular bra if armholes are too droopy. Necklines, too. I wear a lot of loose flowy dresses in the summer and a lot of off the shoulder. I don't always want or need to wear my heavy-duty underwire strapless and the little bandeaus work just fine for me. Maybe they'll work for you, too.
