Potato gratin with minced meat, or how to quickly make a delicious gratin. Casseroles are one of my favorite dishes because they do not require work and always taste delicious. They can be a great dinner proposition, but they also work well on a party table. I encourage you to prepare casseroles, because it is also a good idea for cleaning the refrigerator. Today my version of a delicious potato gratin with minced meat. The casserole can be prepared in a round ovenproof dish (mine is 23 cm in diameter) or in a rectangular one. In the latter case, the casserole will be thinner and cut better, so this version will be better for a party :-)

Ingredients:
8 medium-sized potatoes
800 g of minced meat (in my case from pork shoulder)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
pepper and salt to taste
frying oil
chives for decoration
SAUCE:
200 ml of cream 30%
150 g of grated yellow cheese
1 egg
pepper and salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
