今天來做的是一直放在我心上想要做的日式家庭桌上的羊栖菜小菜,
這個食譜是老公的媽咪給我的,除了日文,還加上了自己翻譯的英文
看到食譜 差點感動淚流。
剛好趁這幾週稍有時間,想將它完美的,按照步驟試做一次。
在台灣 我從來沒有看過這道菜,是在日本生活後,超市裡面看到的。
羊栖菜是海帶的品種,外觀黒黑一條一條,其實有點恐怖XDD
這個暑假跟老公回老家玩,吃飯中跟家裡的知識庫老公的媽咪提到這個東西,((我忘了是我先問老公 老公在餐桌上提起來 還是怎樣XD
婆婆隔兩天馬上變出來給我試吃!(回老家第二三天跟老公跑去鐵父玩耍 一回家的晚餐就看到啦!
(一直很感恩婆婆很照顧我這個外國人媳婦 我真的好幸運可以有兩對愛我我愛的父母,當然還有我親愛的老公XDD))
回家之後隔幾天,又收到了先生爸媽幫我們寄來老家的米(外公外婆種的)跟羊栖菜還有大豆!
怎麼覺得比收到聖誕節禮物更加感動。
羊栖菜的口感有一點Q彈有嚼勁,真的要形容,有點像蕨的口感(會不會更難懂啊XDDD
整道菜裡面還有紅蘿蔔絲,蓮藕,跟軟Q的黃豆。因此口感很多元!脆脆軟軟QQ~基本調味是醬油味霖糖,因此甜甜溫潤的口感,非常的下飯!
雖然老公說味道跟阿母的一樣,但我覺得阿母的料理味道都更加的純熟!(崇拜)
這道小菜榮登我心中日式小菜第一名,明年我家阿爸阿母來,我也想來做做這道料理給他們吃看看!

Dish I am share with you today is the 『HIJIKI』which I wanted to do for long.
『HIJIKI』is the Japanese traditional family side-dish.
This is the recipe given from my mother-in-law, which written down both Japanese and English.
I am tooo thankful.QQ
I wanna to follow the recipe steps by step.
In Taiwan, I have never seen this Hijiki. After came to JP, I saw this in the supermarket.
The out look is kind of weird, dark appearance, I would said some ppls might feel scary.lol
This summer, hubby and I had a trip back to his family home, we had a great time and mention about this side dish.
(I forgot that I asked or my hubby pick up this at the table. )
My mother-in-law who is a beautiful woman with intelligence, immediately made this dish so I could had a a try! I’ve been too lucky to have such a great mother-in-law who always helping me. Truly too lucky to have two pairs of beautiful parents, and of course my most loved hubby ; ))
After the trip, we received the rice (grown by grand grandparents) and the recipe also Hijiki and soybeans from Parent-in-law.To me, Its more happy than receiving a Christmas present. ; )))))
The taste of the Hijiki is quite chewy, pretty hard to describe, a bit like the taste of ferns (is it more difficult to understand) XDDD
There are carrots, lotus roots and soft beans in the dish too. So the texture is a lot of union! Crispy, chewy and yummy ~ the basic seasoning are Soy sauce, Mirin and sugar, the combination of warm sweet taste, It's so good with Rice.
If you have a chance the get HIjiki, please have it a try!
