Dear friends, as a busy mother and wife, I love making easy and quick recipes, simple recipes, low-calorie recipes, healthy recipes, recipes that stimulate our metabolism, recipes full of nutritious fibers, recipes that will help us lose weight without dieting and recipes that burn fat and bally fat easily.
In other words, easy and delicious recipes.
❣️Even though I'm not a professional chef or nutritionist/doctor, I like to think of my kitchen as where health and happiness begin. Because I believe that food for healthy intestines (food for healthy gut) will help me and my family keep our insulin and blood sugar stable throughout the day and lose weight without dieting.

😋Today’s recipe I made is: #creamy #soup #vegetablerecipes
Delicious creamy vegetable soup with broccoli. You will love!
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
• 3 tablespoons of butter,
• 1 medium onion,
• 3-4 cloves of garlic,
• 1 small potato,
• 3 tablespoons of flour,
• Slowly add 250 ml water,
• Add 200 ml milk,
• Add another 200 ml water,
• salt, black pepper and paprika to taste,
• 1 chicken bouillon,
• 2 small carrots chopped julienne,
• Let it cook for about 3-5 minutes. Depends on how soft you like your carrots.
• Add 1 large head of broccoli florets and let it cook for about 7-10 minutes over medium to low heat.
When the broccoli becomes soft to your taste,
• add 100 g. sour cream and
• 200 g cheddar cheese
Enjoy your soup when the cheese is completely melted!
This dish took me about 25 - 30 minutes, from start till end.
Remember to stir the soup occasionally. Don't forget to reduce the heat after adding the broccoli and closing the lid!

Looks great--love broccoli! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy. Thank you for sharing
