made it twice. actually really good even with just cheddar! 3 egg yolks + oil + salt + mustard + lemon 👆mix sauce, on toast OR use mayo melt butter in pan & sauté onion 'til brown w/ salt + red pepper + sugar + rosemary + sage melt butter w/ herbs, lay toast in, cheese on top sautéd onion on top , close 'til melted
