It is a little late to say this, but Vampire blood can't cure cancer because it is just a human mutation, like hair color or eye color, but instead of aestetic, the cells are just growing weird, and if they keep reproducing it can kill us. Vampire blood would accelerate that cell growth and make it worse. Side note, I like Liz, but it feels like a weak nock off of what happened to Joy.

I thought Elena erasing her memories of Damon was a bad story, but actually Elena falling for Damon again was really cute💜

Damon is such a husband, telling Elena he’ll cook her dinner so that they can talk about their days Elena being at the hospital with Caroline and then Caroline speaking to Elena about Damon/ how he’s always there for her through it all, love carolena moments. I also loved how Damon stayed with Liz in the hospital and cares about her. There’s so much going on with Kai but he still takes the time to be with her 🥲 Elena is so smart, she found a way to use the melting ring to set Kai on fire and took the opportunity to contact Damon. I swear she gets taken by everybody for something, even Kai took her. Pls just leave my girly alone 😩 The Liz moments in this season never fail to make me emotional.

I love that Elena and Damon are still actively searching for a way to get Bonnie, the scene of them reading and their little glances are so cute. Delena falling in love again while Elena has no recollection of anything good between them? Are you kidding me…this is their season, they are soulmates 🥺 Liz and Damon’s friendship is one of my favorites on the show, their development throughout the seasons is amazing. Elena said “I’ve never felt more alive” and in s2 Damon said he would be the one to keep Elena alive. He has kept his promise not only by keeping her alive physically but by making her feel alive, their parallels and the little hidden meaning behind their lines are everything to me. Chris Wood did an amazing job as Kai, he’s definitely a villain that has you on edge bc you aren’t sure of what his next step will be and he doesn’t have redeemable qualities.

Damon said that "in 170 odd years I've never known an instance where our blood cured cancer" and I wouldn't say it supposed to meant anything considering they said the same thing about non-existence of werewolves before 😂

Great reaction again! The blood made the cancer worse because the cancerous cells are a part of the body so it just sped up the process by rapidly increasing the number of cancerous cells.

Liz in this episode... I can't watch it without crying and I don't think it will ever change. For someone who lost family members to cancer is just painful. Her friendship with Damon is so great, he genuinely cares about her. I love that he was sitting in the hospital with her

Elena not remembering but falling in love all over again ❤️ and vampire blood heals everything including cancer, but it works the ther way around... It makes the cancer healthier and stronger, which is making it worse.

This is why o "hate watch" TVD. Kai was a relief. Alll these mass murderers with "redeeming qualities"... Like, the dude goes on a killing spree, but smiles and kill someone else, protecting a loved one, hey "he is an anti hero."

Ok I know it's very sad that Liz was dying BUT I hate the writes SO MUCH... Made this stupid plot just to upstage Bonnie alone in the prison world... Never cared for any other character just because of how they treated Bonnie's character.

I honestly don't understand how Elena fell for Damon before when she had her memories. Not like I liked her with Stefan but Damon snapped ur brothers and has done terrible things to the people she "cares about". I don't know, the relationship seems kinda weird to me. They talk, argue, break up, makeup and have sex. Literally the cycle over and over again

Well we quite literally saw them develop a friendship, bond, and trust over multiple seasons. Not to mention that he was always there for her. Also, Damon ended up having a closer relationship with Jeremy than any of her previous partners. Jeremy went to him first for certain situations and Damon spent a couple months looking after him. A cycle? It literally happened once, in what other scene did they sleep together after breaking up besides the one time in season 5 🤔

@@aydinvirani1528 You said it was a cycle though and how she developed a friendship with him is shown throughout the early seasons, the friendship developed as their trust in each other developed. Although he was the antagonist at first, there were moments where she showed him compassion, he cared about her, she cared about him, and then he was always there for her. They had an understanding and their dynamic included bickering but also moments where both were just having fun or being ‘free’. Pretty sure the first time we properly hear Damon apologize on the show it’s to her. This is a supernatural show in which all the characters have done bad or questionable things. Elena was mad at him and even said that he “had lost her forever” bc of what he did when he confessed that he didn’t know Jeremy had the ring on. Damon says he got lucky and didn’t know what he would’ve done if Jeremy hadn’t been wearing it. Thankfully though, Jeremy came back to life and then throughout the show we see some nice moments between Jeremy and Damon.

@@aydinvirani1528 Even Stefan too forced Jeremy to kill vampires, risking Jeremy's life, after Elena broke up with him. So, I guess no one is perfect.

Just answer my question. Would you allow someone back into your life if they snapped ur brothers neck and took advantage of your friend? She said she would never talk to him again then 2 episodes later it’s fine. To me it doesn’t make sense.
