Do I need a laminator or can I just apply lamination sheet and use a brayer or scraper that smooths out the air bubbles to apply on printed stickers?

When you zoom into your stickers, do you see dots? Like you can't see it if you're looking normally or on video, but when you go super close, you see them. Is that normal for your printer?
