All you have to say to motivate an athlete that has all the talent but their only detriment is conditioning is to make sure it registers to them their PRIME YEARS to make money is NOW so you have to work EXTREMELY hard 12 months per year for the next 7-10 years and then you can retire the rest of your life and never have to work again BUT if you screw it up by not keeping in shape you risk losing all of that because there will never exist another time then the present for them to achieve this!!! If that doesn't scare them straight & motivate them, then NOTHING WILL!!!

You can lose that weight to stay under 2000 calories a day make sure you are in a calorie deficit do cardio for 30min to an hour a day and stop eating processed foods dont lift weights it wont work DO IT NOW!! Philly, when you said you might get the MLB package. I have a service for $30 a month that gets you the NHL, NBA, MLB, and NFL package. Fellas, the Eagles traded Riddick their best pass rusher Cox retired their best interior lineman. Devin White..Bradberry and Slay are all washed. The rookies corners are inexperienced and will have growing pains. If you can't rush the passer and the secondary will again be piss poor you're gonna lose most games. Jalen Hurts have never thrown for 25 TD bringing in Barkley can only mean 1 thing, Hurts will be asked to run the tripple option or wishbone.
