I've been fat my whole life. No issues. Fast forward to age 40 and I am a diabetic with heart issues and nerve damage from my unhealthy eating. Their smug "fat phobic" rhetoric will bite them in the ass one day. I love myself but I've also harmed myself.

I fell off of my diet for 2mo because i quit nicotine. I ate whatever i wanted. I quit cold turkey so my brain was going NUTS! I gained 30lbs back and felt horrible binging and eating junk every day. These people eat like that for years! And pretend its OK when it isnt ok to exist off of fast food and sweets. I hope they come out of their FA thinking. It only leads to an early grave.

While I definitely cringe at these fat acceptance videos, some of these clips are literally just existing and you’re lumping them in with the crazy people who preach fat positivity. Like the mermaid girl at the beginning? She said nothing about her weight and was just showing off her outfit that she was enthusiastic about
