Love the nursery!! Beautiful!! You did amazing. The only book you are missing is a kids Bible or just a Bible in general. I started reading the Bible to my daughters right away. I started with a verse, paragraph, then half a page. We have already read through the entire Bible together. Once through. But along the years I read a kids Bible daily. My oldest is 13 and my youngest 8. They read daily on their own. We read the Bible all together each night before bed. Also, I did a forest theme with deers for my oldest and ocean themed for my second. Both wanted all pink rooms by the time they were preschool ages. Now that they are older back to neutrals we go per their request.
I actually created an annotated bible for her and she has 3 kids’ bibles not on the shelves ❤️ Not all of her possessions are shown in this video :) But it sounds like you did a wonderful job with your kids! Good job momma 👏🏼

Hello, I am a new subscriber 😊 this us auch a beautiful nursery! Ny muddle daughter is pregnant with her first baby due in September. But since they are staying with us for now, they unfortunately won't have a nursery. But, maybe one day❤
Lovely video Anh! I think some sun paraphenalia and soft yellows would be a wonderful addition to the nursery without being too overstimulating. Not because I think it’s too beige, and I am not trying to make you feel like this is inadequate because obviously the babies don’t really give a grasshopper’s leg what environment they are in til they are 5/6 months, but I felt the Lord saying that Harper is going to be your ‘sunshine baby’. I don’t know what that means to you, but it reminds me of the passage in Matthew (Matthew 13:43) “… the righteous will shine like the sun in their Father’s Kingdom. Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand!” I feel like she will be someone who brings joy and vivacity and energy into the world, and yellow is a color that really represents that. The baby still has a while to grow, and I am just a stranger on the internet, but I am really praying for you and your family and that is the impression that I got today.

If you watch Anh's videos, her decor style is calming neutrals, but she adds plenty of color with wallpaper, wall art, and decor. Not sad beige at all.
I design according to the function of the room and the user’s personal needs. A room shouldn’t be overly stimulating if it’s mainly used for sleeping. Please stop bashing neutral-loving moms because that might be what they need to create a calming space for their mental health! This “beige mom shaming” is an absolutely horrific trend. TikTok university is getting out of hand haha
@@GirlandTheWord I'm not bashing, I promise. I'm not on Tik Tok, I have no idea what Tik Tok University means. I'm a mom and an educator, I just know what kids need. If they're only ever exposed to "calming" spaces, the loudness of life is going to overwhelm them. My first baby was a COVID baby alone at home with me and her Dad who has such a hard time in kid spaces. My second is just fine anywhere. I see this with kids all the time. By the way, I said sad beige moms because that's what they call themselves.
Well, I can only do my best to be a good reflection of God’s love in her life but her faith is ultimately her personal journey with God. I can’t make that decision for her after all :)
