Starpets has a really good customer service team like honey said ! i got a neon fly ride shark it took my money but i didnt get the pet so i chatted with an agent and they said ''sometimes pets show up to 1-2 days if it isnt in your inventory in 2 days reach out to us again '' and i also got a fly ride axolotl , a ride ninja monkey , 2 dodos and 2 snow owls ! (not at the same day) i will definetly shop from star pets again !

Tysm honey! this video helped me ALOT. I recently asked my parents if they could buy me a neon fly ride unicorn from star pets, they checked the price and it was quite cheap (in my country) but before the bought it i wanted to be sure this was 100% safe. Your video helped me so much TY Honey!! ⭐️

Guys it’s not a scam! I just bought a neon fly and ride owl from Starpets, and I didn’t get scammed or banned! Just make 1 or 2 alts (if you wanna be extra safe) so that you don’t end up getting banned. And NEVER tell someone in a trade or a friend that you bought it from Starpets, because you might get reported for it if someone catches you cross trading! ❤

hii,its not a scam,tho the same thing happend to me.But its been like uhm 3 months and i still dont have my pet nor my money.Also if you had ever bought from there,you prob know that for example they are selling a mushroom friend idk,so there will be a mushroom friend for for example 0.34 euro and 0.27 euro so um i acually have bought a mushroom friend from there but i still wasnt able to withdraw it.Thought another time i bought an ice moth dragon and in a few month time,i was finally able to withdraw my pet.So i do trust them you really have to be carefull...

Why does it keep saying payment failed whenever I try add funds to my account? I've entered my card information over and over but it's not working for some reason, I have money on the card so I have no idea why this is happening, I even waited a month and tried again but it’s still not working. (I’m in Canada so idk if that might be why)

Maybe there wasnt enough money on the card to buy the pet you wanted to. You can also check to see how much money you have on the card. I think thats the issue 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello! This happens sometimes, you need to go to the banking application and confirm the transaction, because often banks mark the transaction as "suspicious" and block it
