I've never had to put any kind of mold release before resin crafts. They always come out really easily.

I have ruined 3sets of those try powder in the molds it really works for bubbles too. Those are beautiful.

Wonder what would happen with deeper molds?

Depending on how deep they are you might want to do it in layers. Like the pyramid? But the technique should still work either way. However you might not see it as well further deep in the resin.

I believe I got mine at wal mart a few years back. We tried to find the same one online but it doesn’t appear they are making them exactly like that anymore. I will work on finding one similar and get the link added to the video description!

Also I’m not sure I used the torch in this video. You have to be super careful with heat sources and silicone molds. They can cause the resin to stick to the mold and ruin your molds.
