I say add a lil room to Maxine's spot with a bedside table and lamp for the ranch hand. He can eat and bathe in the house. He can take care of the animals while she makes the money to expand the house and enhance the ranch. 😊

Live-in ranch hand is what Jasmine needs, with the animals going crazy and wanting to disappear, it could also help if she wants more animals. Also I feel like the live-in business mode might help if she wants to sell her produce and nectar in her own ranch. Later, the higher the quality of the produce, she could be marking the prices higher. She can also work on her socials with the townspeople so that they buy her more, although I don't know if that actually works, could just be for the storyline. 💜

i would sell everything that wasn't sold in the estate sale to add to the renovation fund. also i know you said that her grannie had a ranch hand but she had to let them go due to funds to pay them, what if they come back after discovering that Ms. Yvette passed away and offer to help Jazmine becuase maybe they feel bad about her passing away and they feel like they owe a lot to Ms. Yvette so the least hey can do is help her grand-daughter get the ranch under control. you can even have them sleep in a tent outside, have an out-house and outdoor shower for them to use until the house is ready for a live-in ranch hand. .

Love the garden! Put the new “planter boxes” up on foundation lattices and that may stop Maxine…. Make a series of bridges or platforms to walk on at the level the foundation puts it so u can water the plants. Idk. Ideas!

you should get bees and the other bugs bc u can get ur own honey from having bees you should also have her go fishing for shellfish and crabs and fish to put in the pond you should also have her clean up the pond to I also think you should continue the sale and she can work when people buy stuff bc she will get more money which she needs

You have to fence in the entire area cause other than that the animals gonna escape. And girl you gotta pick up the prairie grass. 😭 Another idea is to let the estate sale open 24/7 and people can come all day since it takes a while.

Lilttlemssam has a new mod for nectar. When making nectar your sim will make 10 bottles instead of 1 you just need 10 of the required ingredients instead of 3.

Hi @DeeSims I've been watching other LPs and learned that you can sell the nectar to that guy (Mysterious Rancher) that comes to town at noon on specific days. You have to catch him at noon. He seems to give the highest. And apparently he can give you a secret recipe for nector if you become good friends. Also see if you can put the nectar in a basement or cellar (might have to create a lower level on the house or the green house). It helps the nectar process faster. I hope this helps. 😊

You should create a club so people can help you with the animals for free. They can be like volunteers. That way you can save more money until you are secure enough to have a ranch hand.

Two hours late to this but this is honestly what I needed for a somewhat crap day I got so overheated with the heat and humidity waves here in southern GA even when I took my hoodie off (I'm one of those people who wear hoodies 247 and is rarely seen without one) and it didn't help with carrying a mountain of books from the library (I usually check out a lot with being a speedy reader so I get a lot so I don't read em all in one day) then we had the grocery pickup at Walmart and we waited an hour before it was suddenly cancelled for no reason And the fact our car's front AC is the only vents that work (so the backseat literally only gets air from the front and the windows) I was practically exhausted and having a headache from the heat So I'm glad to watch this at like 11:30 at night when it's more cooler and in a bit better now Edit: Also Dee be on the lookout for the Romance Festival (from City Living) they have the most money worthy plants there such as Dragon Fruit, Orcids, Birds of Paradise and Roses Its always my go to festively for plants to give me a lot of money for my household

Increase the quality of all the plants and crops by talking to them and keeping them happy and they’ll become higher quality and sell for more at the market maybe you could try seeing the horse in another world and travel to Henford to sell produce to the market vendor there.

There is a lot that she can do to make money. And there is a lot that she has to do. Maybe the ranch hand live in or not would help her flourish. She would have the opportunity to excel in one area faster. One day just garden, one day just ride Maxine Shaw Attorney at Law. Heyyy Deee!!! I love this LP so much!!! I love how real you keep all your lps. You should have Jasmine put all of the horse manure in her inventory imstead of cleaning it up, because it can be used to fertilize her garden and the fruit quality is better so you make more money when selling the nectar or the harvestables individually. Also I think something is going on with your gate, I don't have any cc and I am able to lock the gate for all sheep, goats, and other animals separately. So maybe change out the gate and hopefully that helps!!
