happy new year!! 🎆💖 for 2020 I hope to manage my time & money better, take risks and explore outside of my comfort zone, allow myself to make mistakes & learn from them, be more open/honest with myself and others, etc.... and also learn how to drive lol 🤧 I hope your 2020 is amazing and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for you!! 🤩

Queen of sharing the same goals. I need to get vocal lessons first though! My fourth one, which would actually be my main one, is to transition. It's really a long term goal but I want to start 2020 with a bang so yeah... no more time wasting.

Whew girl I actually got SUPER inspired by the making of of STFU and went on a composing frenzy and i FINALLY produced a demo I'm proud of and I LOVE it And the best thing? A friend of mine from NZ is helping me turn the demo into a real track. So thanks for seeding and motivating me T_T

if for some reason you cant go to the gym, i recommend fitness blender workout videos. they have full body workouts and you dont need equipment, and the trainers are so nice it's like you're working out with a friend lol

For getting fit, I'd suggest bouldering (rock climbing). It's SOOO good for core strength and is really meditative and funnn. There are so many sick indoor climbing places in London, and it's so easy to get into!

I have the same resolution for being more eco-friendly! Dude, I literally went to get hot pot and had my own to-go container for my leftovers (probably an egg drop soup container from the past, cleaned ofc) and the waiter laughed cuz he was asking if we needed anything to go and my family was just sitting there with a bunch of containers from our bag lmaooo. It's gonna take time to get used to but we're trying our best!~

Running is exactly like that. It's intensely painful but at some point the pain turns into this, I don't know, warm gelatinous coat around you, and then you ascend to a higher plane of consciousness. Then when it's over you get a runner's high. Chocolate milk really helps then, but if you're looking to cut down on dairy, there's probably some alternative that exists.
