Pile 3 resonates to a T. My soul sister moved back home to Thessaloniki in 2023 as her parents are in failing health. I miss her much - agree there was slight codependency between us when she lived in the same town and we saw each other all the time. I have been out to Greece for a brief visit to see her. It can be difficult at times maintaining voice contact from the UK due to time difference and our responsibilities. I'm hoping to visit again before 2025 and that we can sustain our friendship longterm. I started therapy last month to unpack experiences from past. I do feel these have hardened me when it comes to questioning other people's motives and intentions. I also suffer with not trusting my intuition and making decisions based on the hurt I caused. I feel my life has become stagnant because I'm afraid of making the wrong decision. Im hoping therapy will help unburden me of these mental blocks. Just turned 40, single but not quite available.
