@@getsleepypod Tracy, that’s a wonderful memory with your mother 💖 I was alone often & would read to myself from a very young age of 3. I had quite a few of these popular stories on 45s for my lil record set. 🥰 They came with read-along books. I listened every night to help me sleep. Winnie the Pooh was one of my fav’s. Hi! I am an adult (not in my head! Lol 😂) but my friends might disagree with that statement! Did you say written in 1926!? Well now I have historical English literature reasons for listening to this! I sometimes really enjoy books that were made for kids and didn’t Harry Potter start as children’s fiction!? So why not? I saw that movie and my mother loved it! So There‼️🙃🫶🙏 ♥️🌟🧡🍁✨👑✨🍁🧡🌟♥️

I LOVE this reading of the Winnie the Pooh stories, but the music in the background is SO annoying....The other Down to Sleep version doesn't have the music, but isn't as well read (no character voices etc). PLEASE could you combine the two, and use this narrator but wirh the other background? That would be perfect 👌 Please?

As usual, I was asleep within the first 15 minutes. Is there any way you can break this reading down to individual chapters?

It actually is! I woke up and it had gone a couple hours so I rewound, and it stops at each chapter if you slide the bar (not pressing the arrow buttons, that will change videos). To understand better what I'm not explaining very well, haha, go to the description and hit "more" and then you'll see beneath there the chapters are listed

It helped me finally get to sleep but then it kept waking me up. Piglets voice kept being a jump scare for me for some reason maybe cuz I fell asleep before I got that far into the story

I would love to hear this but read by Thomas or Simon. Because of my PTSD, I can't listen to women's voices and I find only Thomas and Simon are the ones that I can listen to, get to sleep and not have nightmares. I would like to suggest again to have more than one person who reads these stories so I can have access to more of these delightful stories.. Thank you

I know Elizabeth narrates the full Alice In Wonderland audio book, and just two weeks ago she narrated The Viennese Coffee house. I believe she often does the longer stories so she's probably done a few more. I think she was great in Alice In Wonderland! There's also a different playlists on the channel for each narrator so you'll find everyone she's done there. 🙂👍🏻

PARDON?!?!? First of all, very rude :( and second, it’s not generated that is Elizabeth’s real voice and it’s ✨AMAZING✨ her accent is what gives the story character and life so if you don’t like it then that’s fine. It’s not meant for everyone so just go to someone else. And think what would happen if someone thought your voice was “computer generated “ and “lifeless” she probably goes through these comments to so you might want to think to yourself before you comment your thoughts ☺️

Winnie the Pooh is a Childrens book...it needs "LIFE!!" and joy...not a lifeless drab voice!! So if this is your cup of tea...so be it!! But for me..not even close!!😘💁🏽‍♂️

her desiccated and scratchy Pooh voice makes this story extra sad and creepy. this is so depressing it's almost funny. definitely not relaxing. Pooh needs to stop smoking ciggs.
