I've found you to be the best Canva creator so far. I'm a fan of Canva, but it's annoying to be directed to buy another program when Canva Pro has everything anyone needs. I understand the need to make an income, but constantly upselling beyond the Canva Pro account is not genuine. Please consider a video with a step-by-step guide to how you build and use your folder structure.

Hiya. thanks for this. Are you able to help - When I click on projects from the home page my folders don't appear on a dropdown? How do I fix this please ?

Hiya 👋 You’ve very welcome! I think Canva is redesigning his portion of the interface right now and testing different versions which is why you may not see what I see. Hopefully it will get back to the original because it’s such a useful feature. I’ll double check tomorrow what I currently have in my account and look at the updates regarding this.

Is there a way to move them to a folder, but in a way that they don’t then show up in Home Recent projects screen? That part drives me batty! lol

I’m afraid not… the default homepage Projects tab is based on recency and there’s no way to customize it. I wish there was though! I find myself opening the most used projects all the time just to keep them fresh and high up on the Recents.

Hey, let's say you have 80 slides in a project and you only want to select a few of them to put to a new folder. How is that done❓️ I keep transferring all 80 slides to the new folder

You can’t transfer parts of a design to a folder. It will always be a whole design. As an alternative, you could split the slides into two different designs or copy the design and then put them in their respective folders.

Feeling rushed with all the fast talking and little explanation. A lot of “do this” and “do that” but with no visual on how to actually do any of it. The video is assuming the viewer already knows how to do everything.
