Pile 2 True and yes it all resomated with me. I've been in the midst of a marcissitic and toxic family. They're not drunkards nor do they go guns blazong outside. But theyre emotionally and mentally manipulated. That's how they create chaos through subtle means, lies, and manupulation. As a kind and honest person, it takes a great toll on me and it's been going on for as much as I can remember. All my life actually I've been gping down the forrest. Completely cluless of what to do. I'm actually stuck in this family physically cause I have no means to provide for myself. Been trying to figure it out and tried. I was actually gonna go trucking. But anxiety and panic atks get me (happens on the road without notice and minimal warning). So, i had to look the other way and not pursue trucking no more.. I actually love driving toll this hit me (2019 was the start now getting worst). Bodily functions also a mess. I'm feeling sickly all the time. Gut problems and issues affecting my entire body. Liver issues too probably regardless of what it says on my blood work (which the doctors and nurses say "good levels"). At this point in life I'm very clueless (have been throughout myself in fact). Not just mentally, physically, and emotionally. It's like I'm completely stuck no matter what I tried to do and do. I keep fighting but I keep being hammered down even harder. Most times actually I just like to give up lol (yes that give up). Countless times in fact. Since nothing really works and as time progresses, i don't understand why every effort I do seems to simply bring me down instead of up. And this is the theme of my entire life. Not just a seasonal thing.
Sounds like your body is really depleted, that’s what happens in toxic environments it breaks us down. If I was you I’d start to find resources online and understand the dynamics (try Jay Reid) at the same time look into the effects of trauma in the body.
