0.0s: DDS damage + cane damage + 4x gmaul damage + cast 1x gmaul

We originally tried the exact same rotation as Taraket but found that melee damage on the 2nd tick is capped.
So we changed to a rotation where all melee damage is done on 0.0s.
For this we had to do the rotation with a scythe to prevent stepping in to md which would start the timer 1t sooner.
