Yeah, there's not much active mitigation, you just have to heal through it, which makes gathering so scary since you spend globals on gathering rather than sustain and then you go splat like me :(
1 tipp i would have for the ui is getting a bloodshield tracker (im not seeing one maybe im blind tho). Its kinda important to see the bloodshield sizes für higher keys imo so u can maybe prepare a shield before big hits to not get oneshot ans stuff

gonna be honest I don't think I've seen a single VDH in my 10-12ish keys, its been all blood and bear. the VDHs are either bad or playing higher keys ;)
The Wheel of Names really hates you. RLP is rough. So many minibosses in that dungeon. More like maxibosses on Fortified 😄 But hey secured the portal in one of the scarier dungeons, GG!
I think starting with one of the (for me at least) harder ones is good, hahaha "Mini"bosses like those and the one in Halls of Infusion before last boss are the worst bit of Fortified
If you ever find yourself in a party where nobody can help with afflicted, you can heal them up with 1-2 Death Coils ^^ Saved my hide a couple of times :D Keep up the good work mate, you rock!
Yeah I completely forgot that to be honest, hahaha, I bet I'd do it right when I'm desparate for a Death Strike to survive some magic damage or something silly
We timed it so I did well enough, but I think I could have done a little better, like IDK, not dying to the Thundering Jaw with multiple defensives up, hahaha
