I don't think a lot of folks realize that the effect is all friendly lackeys in the game, not just the ones in hand or in deck. Its not that i think the card text is obtuse, but those types of effects are kinda rare in hearthstone, so it doesn't translate. Closest thing to it was the rogue quest that came out a WHILE ago. I learned by accident, when running a galakrond version of this deck (which i just did because i'm a cheap bitch that didn't want to craft glinda, the quest, or dragonqueen alexstraza.)
I can’t decipher if you are aware that it was purple that traded with the lackey and you’re praising him, or if you think it was the opponent, in which case he didn’t though.
The Quest is probably in Lackey Warlock because Plot Twist is in the deck. Plot Twist lets the Warlock filter for Tekahn, which is pretty essential. And if you are going to have Plot Twist why not the Quest? Hard for me to think of a better replacement for the 3-4 card Quest package though maybe experimentation will discover it.
Just play it with Galakrond. Less cool, but I think it's faster and you may have a chance against druids. I tried the quest version but I couldn't win a single game. If you're not Gallon, that quest version is not for any of us mortals.
@@Robert-xt7sn Can confirm, I made a cheaper version of it using cards i already had from experiments with zoo. It makes a pretty flexible deck that can be a slower, more tempo-y aggro, or a fuck-you control deck, that can draw good against both aggro hunter and both druids; the drawback is fatigue is an issue; especially against things like the greediest version of quest/resurrect priest. I'm still trying to figure out a way to squeeze a better early game into it, but it's hard to do that and not effect the quality of the deck when its supposed to come online. I was thinking of just throwing in 1 more of that "discover two warlock cards" card and cutting a mortal coil, but that just seems so flexible and useful.
@@TheQoogle Even galakrond isn't bad in the deck with the galakrond package. Yeah, you can roll bad demons, but there are more good demons than bad demons and rolling four random demons, getting 5 armor, and a 5/2 weapon is better than just getting *one* free card.
I'm mad your first sentence of the video was, when rogue is good... can you name a time rogue wasnt t1? Ive played since launch, its always been t1. Also, decision intensive? HA! I beg to differ.
