Would love to learn more details regarding. Rough base unit cost. Sale price $25, costs up to launch and ppc etc. Units on first order etc. So much more would help. Well done guys thanks for the vids

Hi thanks for the video. Also, what do you think about starting on Amazon using Amazon FBA with wholesale or online arbitrage? It would involve buying established brands and reselling them. I live in the UK and I'm unsure if it would be a good idea to start with private label. I have capital for the first shipment but not enough to reinvest if I run out of stock. I admire your content and would really value your opinion on this.

Honestly it depends what you want long term. Do you wanna business you can potentially grow and sell? Do you want skills that are more transferable into general ecom and brand building? If you do that you should just start small with PL and adjust based on your budget. OA we’re not huge fans of as it’s not a business you can sell.

Just launched a new product 4 days ago, launched at 50% sale price discount and sales are booming but at current velocity I will be OOS very soon, how should I approach this? Try to increase the price without losing buy box to reduce velocity? Try to optimise PPC straight away to also slow velocity?

Depends how competitive the niche is. If it's not very competitive and you ranked super fast then slow the sales down until more stock is shipped in. If it's really competitive we prefer to sell out and get stock back in ASAP.

To find the exact one he went for yeah, that's pretty normal around a full time job. Plus as he said he made something unique and had numerous iterations. Doesn't matter if you're slow as long as you get it right.
