No open source contribution is MANDATORY for getting a remote job. I have done minimal contributions but content creation(my RU-vid/blogs) and my domain expertise landed me multiple offers from Dubai, London, etc. I've joined the London one. (I started coding in 2022, my second year of college)
Bhaiya, can u please tell what are the things to do from 1st yr that I can have internship in 2nd and approx 10lpa package in 4th yr.. I will be joining a tier3 private college this year
Oh my God. Not hating but when i first joined cohort, this guy was literally the one sitting in all the voice channels discussing anything and everything which I thought was complete bullsh*t and waste of time. I mean he had no prior knowledge about development too. His hard work must have paid off but what I want others to realise it maybe his college was very lenient and thus he got time to do all this stuff or maybe he is super human who takes out time for everything. I can't stress more because the mantra is getting clearer. SPEAK UP. I would say as it lands you at a great spot in life and talk with anyone and everyone.
He is the most hardworking person I have ever met I'm his childhood friend and I have seen him struggling throughout the year 😊 and yes hard work really paid off ... Congratulations bhai Lage raho .. "A mile to go "

Hello! I'm Maga. I come from a finance background and have been working in a multinational corporation in a finance role. However, I've found that I dislike the structured nature of my work and the corporate culture. I believe most finance-related jobs are similarly structured. Consequently, I've decided to transition into the tech industry, particularly focusing on Web3 technologies. Over the past 8 months, I've been learning Ethereum, Solidity, Hardhat, Web3.js, Rust, and Solana. I've also been actively contributing to open-source Web3 projects and seeking freelance opportunities. My goal is to secure a full-time remote tech job. Is it possible to achieve this without a traditional CS degree?
