0037 Building more PLD USB-C meters. 

Have run out of USB-C meters again, so better build another batch of 4.
The PLD USB-C meters are a tool that you'll find yourself wondering how you lived without it before. Once you go USB-C meter it's painful going back to DC PSU for the bulk of your diagnosis/powering work.
* Macbooks, iPhones, PC laptops, Android phones, basically anything you can have run over USB-C will now give you volt/current data right to your PC.
