@@nine_tails137 Gundam Build Divers ReRise is surprisingly good for its premise. Even though it's technically a Build entry, many consider it a spiritual "proper Gundam" series anyway. I swear, it has some of the deepest and most moving character work I've seen in any Gundam entry outside UC (except maybe IBO, depending on taste), so if that's your thing, I'd recommend it. Unfortunately, while it's excellent in a vacuum, it's tough to recommend as it's very plot-dependent on its prequel, the vastly inferior Build Divers. I strongly suggest reading a plot summary of Build Divers and then going straight to ReRise. Build Divers _objectively_ sucks, but I find that it can be okay with the right mindset... and that mindset is an 11-year-old kid waking up at 8 AM on a Saturday morning to a bowl of Captain Crunch and a new episode of Pokemon. I kinda' like Build Divers in a guilty-pleasure sort of way. It's of that same G Gundam spirit of not taking things too seriously, some of the characters are alright, and the English dub comes highly recommended for connoisseurs of shameless cheese, but a few of the characters are painfully insipid, its dedication to Shonen tropes is nothing short of monogamous, and some of the twists are obnoxiously predictable.

@@draketheduelist Well, the Build fighter series I'm well aware of, but that feels less like a Mecha anime, and more like Beyblade or B-Daman Crossfire. If it was along the lines of something like GaoGaiGar, I might be more interested. Still, I've got nothing better to do, so might as well check it out when I get a chance. Not like there's any "new" Mecha Anime coming out nowadays. What with the whole Moe blob exploitation.
