Good god almighty pans on racks on the streets where they belong - what a novel idea. That used to be loads of fun. We could not enjoy J'ouvert unless we pushed the racks to town and back. The atmosphere is not the same when they are on the trucks.

The crowd and atmosphere were reminiscent of Carnival Monday morning J'ouvert....it was fantastic!

I thought it had no Canival, 21 and 22, and that tune they're playing is called ,the living running from the dead, by Lord Ketchina, from Bellrose NY

It's so pore raising to see the Trinidad flag waving behind the band. Wish there was one in front too

My God I pray the day would come back when on J'Ouvert morning from Park street all the way to Fredrick Street as far as the eyes can see, steel bands stacked up one behind the next jamming on on Racks, I just wish some band will take the chance an return racks to the streets. Pls some one pls do it I'm begging let's put Racks back on the road, this thing on the tray of trucks ain't cutting it, that's taking the instrument backwards. All it takes is one band to take that brave stand the rest will follow. I challenge Renegades, I challenge All Stars, I challenge Despers, I challenge Exodus, I challenge Supernovas these are the trend Setters please I beg of you. Let young ppl see what they are missing
