The War Within
This first session discusses the context and history of the Shrimad Bhagvad Gita. With chapter 1, we discuss Arjun’s reasons for despair and his arguments for not wanting to fight the war. We learn that despair and depression are normal parts of each person’s life; and how to find a positive way out of them.
