I was driving to work this morning listening to this, and had been so taken by the oak trees that line my route, when you gave the homework to ask God to reveal an aspect of himself in nature. The oak is strongly linked, through Joshua, to God's guidance and providence. Right now I've been submitting a process to God, not trusting my own thoughts and abilities, and this just spoke so clearly to me of how God is literally guiding my route every day, and that trusting in that, as opposed to my own sense of direction, is the only option. I have been praying for confirmation and guidance for days now, and this just hit home so deeply.
