This may be the best live performance of this song we ever get. The live one he did of this on his get back tour this month is just sad and yearns for a long lost voice and youth we haven't seen since the early 00s. I love Paul and consider him my favorite artist of all-time, but he needs to know when to stop, even though his guitar playing seems to still be in great shape.
This is like a mixture of when his voice was still good to what it is now, almost completely faded. You can still hear hints of that brilliant vocals of the 60s, 70s, and most of the 80s but also hear how it's starting to sound like it does today.
@@andrewvincent7299 Paul had a great powerful voice until about 2005. Just remember his version of Something with Eric Clapton or For You Blue at the Concert for George in 2002.
For years Paul had one of the best voices in Rock n roll. I think it was taken for granted because the Beatles were such a huge deal. Listen to Long Tall Sally: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-c31X4muVRms.html Who does it better? Let Me Roll It is just a great, riff-based heavy rocker!
@@gustavocferrari Sorry but no where near his band on the Wings Over America tour (1976). I saw that tour. That band was hands down his best. These guys are great but no comparison.
:D 1973 You gave me SOMETHING. I UNDERSTAND. You gave me loving in the palm of my HAND. I wanna tell you, and NOW'S THE TIME 1963 I'll tell you SOMETHING. I think you'll UNDERSTAND. when I say that somethin' I wanna hold your HAND. You got that somethin' I think you'll understand WHEN l say that somethin' I wanna hold your hand You got that somethin’ I THINK YOU UNDERSTAND when I feel that somethin' I wanna hold your hand
I remember this concert in Columbia,S.C. 1995? World Tour had been wanting to see you since I was 9 years old and finally got too :) this song was awesome thanks.
