Bioidentical hormones are not recommended by TS experts. Some women have found that bioidentical hormones fit their personal needs. The following presentation was offered at the 2019 TSSUS annual TS educational conference. We encourage discussions regarding hormone options with your health provider because estrogen is vital to your health.

Great presentation, but the q&a was useless for the youtube listeners bc could only hear dr's response which made no sense. Thx.

I had them for 4 years and did GREAT. But, WuChiVi took my work away and I couldn't afford to see the doc anymore and the blood test costs. The actual hormones don't cost all that much but the Dr's and the blood tests, do. Regular medical insurance doesn't cover it, as far as I know. Going back today, now that I'm in a different state and have work, again. YAY!!

Pity it wasn’t professional enough to let us hear the questions from the audience. She could have repeated them if they only had one mic 👎

Compound medications are not FDA regulated, which is concerning, because we don’t really know what’s put into it.
