I like that the soundtrack before the storm is more in the background and subtle but increases in volume throughout the game as you progress. It really strengthens the power of "The city must survive" when the storm arrives and things start to go downhill. This soundtrack was clearly designed by a genius who knew exactly what they were doing. 10/10 would listen again

When you get closer and closer in game towards the storm you don't even notice the music changing into more and more dramatic. It goes so fluidly into what is happening it simply is part of the entire experience. It just fits so perfectly

@@11bitstudios you guys actually have real instruments in the game, you guys didn't hold back at all and made pretty much a triple-A game like this. your little studio has balls i wish some of the biggest game companies don't. like nintendo, the late lucasarts, and westwood, you guys just wanted to pour your souls into a game that would become phenomenal. i especially admire studios like that. you're like that. thank you. even though i don't have access to your games, thank you

This is a masterpiece in every way shape and form the music is a delight the gameplay is extremely deep and the themes are harsh and it shows you how dire the situation is and how quickly your city can decent to madness the Game doesn't give you mercy because it shouldn't i love this game thank you 11 bit studio

You sweet summer child... You have no idea what true cold is. People dying of frostbite next to a furnace. The air itself freezing at the lip of the crater. What you felt is NOTHING compared to that. But how could you know. You don't live in the frostlands, if it can even be called living. (Don't get angry. It's just roleplay)

Not sure if its exactly in Siberia, but the coldest city on Earth is indeed in north Russia: Oymyakon (in Sakha/Yakutia). Avrage winter temprature is around -56 celius ^^; Yikes...

There is no "The darkest of days". Perhaps, because each new day only becomes darker than the previous ones, or maybe the people just won't admit the darkest of days when it finally comes. The folk is not looking for any salvation anymore, nor they're searching for redemption. All the people need now is but a single ray of hope.

I've only watched another boy playing Frostpuck and got inlove with it. An amazing game. So real, So dark , So beautiful. And the soundtruck.....another level. Fantastic

Theyre set in very different settings & time periods, the snowpiercer ice is caused by humans but the great frost was natural causes

Such a well-composed soundtrack for such a well-designed game, this track in particular really gets me in the feels. A ton of work clearly went into making the world feel abjectly depressing in its beauty and it gives the entire game such a rich and developed mood, the soundtrack is a huge part of that. What a work of art.

I’m not sure exactly how you’d make a sequel seeing as how this game is complete in its own right. Maybe a more moral choice oriented tech tree? Not sure. I love how beautifully simple this game is. I’m not sure how you’d make a sequel. But I’d like one.

Dear game developers, I humbly suggest the inclusion of a toggle in the settings to stop automatic building size adjustments. This feature can be a bit bothersome. Having the ability to maintain fixed building sizes would greatly enhance the gameplay. Let's work together to ensure our voices are heard by liking and commenting to support this idea.
