Triyng to follow this video but I cannot apply "The Adventurers" kit because it says to upgrade, even though I have the elementor pro essentials package and it is active. Is this Kit not included with that tier of pro? If so, you really ought to state that in the prerequisites. Ive spent half the day on chat with Elementor and nobody seems able to answer this question.
Great videos. I am on WP 6.3.2 and have a website up. I used the HELLO theme after watching your Website series. I did not use the blog feature but now I want to add it. I use the free Elementor and am looking at the kit library. There are very few for Blogs. I write opinion columns but want feedback from comments. If I select a kit I do not see any "APPLY KIT" button in the upper right that I see in your lesson 3 on blogs. There IS a red heart when I view kit library on Blog Wireframe 1 but I don't recall if I previously found how to apply it and did so. How can I tell if I did apply a kit? Is there an easy way to activate my blog on the existing website? Also when I go to Elementor/settings in the Dashboard there is no Experiments tab. Ayn suggestions? Thanks Bruce
Hi, I have the aspiration to create a small business for myself related to mindfulness and wellbeing. In the beginning my website will mainly contain blog posts, however I would like to expand little by little and provide services and link a store etc... I guess my question is, if I choose a blog elementor kit, how easy is it later to transform it more into a website? Or should I start with a services elementor kit, and simply have a blog section? Thank you for any help you can provide me :)
Why cant we access old kits that are displayed on the kits website?? I think this is very bad, especially for Pro users. There are so few kits in the WP backend when trying to apply a kit, compared to whats on the website.
Hi Zaahir, have you activated containers on your website? We are updating our templates and kit libraries with container-based templates, so our template selection has changed. Please stay tuned for more templates.
Hi John, you can copy standard emoji and paste them into any widget with text in Elementor. Or launch your emoji keyboard by holding down CTRL + CMD + Space on Mac or the Windows key + . (period/dot) on PC. Have fun 🤩
Hi @DaniFabianopelomundo, we do have a few Kits for the free version, which you can find in the Kit Library (WordPress Dashboard > Templates > Kit Library).
@Buddharob23 This kit is a Sections-based kit. If Containers are activated on your website, you will not see Sections-based kits in the kit library. To use a Sections-based kit, you can deactivate containers on your website: WordPress Admin > Elementor > Settings > Features; switch Flexbox Conainers to Inacative, and click Save. You can then apply the Travel Blog kit. If you've built other pages using Containers, you should not make any changes to them until you've reactivated Containers. Please backup your website before making any major changes. For more information, please see this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RkAXKKb6iXE.html
Hi @@Elementor apologies, but following the video step by step does not work with the new release of Elementor. Even now I could not import the Kits - even though I am a PRO customer, and instead used the Theme Builder directly. The layout and where the options are have changed. Would it be beneficial to update the video for a better customer experience?
Hey @JonathanLugoGermany, you should still be able to import kits the same way. There have been slight changes to the interface of the Kit Library, but it works overall in the same way as described here. If you are unable to apply a kit, please contact customer support from my.elementor.com. To get help faster, start by giving them as much information about the issue as possible. This includes your Elementor plugins versions, WordPress version, theme, any other plugins you are running and relevant screen shots.
