How could you know the waterpump was bad?

The camera is not centered. Can’t see what you are doing

that tool is interesting i have seen diferent tool to remove that water pump ,,where can i find that tool??and thanks anyway

At 6:03 I think you only have to remove the long bolt (6:37) and the other bolt has already been removed (You can see its not there right above the bolt he removed at 6:18). The other three bolts that he removed didn't have to be removed (not talking about the three holding the timing belt gear) The last two bolts (7:09 & 7:20) are removed are from the other side. 4 bolt holes in total, as you can see when he taps the pump off (8:15).

Note the smaller cover bolts I removed were not necessary. Only the larger one under the black hub and theres one on the top right right below the head mating surface which was already removed

Thank you! Doing mine tomorrow and had the half moon style tool. Bought the full circle version as to not lose the bolts in the front cover. Weird design for a water pump but looks pretty straight forward.
