Senator Utu - Medicaid has eligibility criteria. Not everyone is eligible for Medicaid. Listen to what the doctor stated as he is well aware of the program eligibility. You missed the point. Just a suggestion - Listen to understand not listen to respond if you don’t have the information. Research this info as well.
