Hi Kent, great video. I was able to follow your steps and create this flow for myself and tested it working. Silly question- how can we have this flow action available for all users in Teams? So far it seems like I am the only one that can use it. Do I need to share it org-wide somehow? Thanks in advance!

The best method is to have a shared account group in your Active Directory with the users that will need it and then add it as a User on the flow (shared) in Power Automate.

For the ServiceNow connectors, I don't have the same options as you - I only have List Records and nothing more granular

Hello, is it possible to do everything you did in the video above but instead create a ticket in Jira instead of ServiceNow ? Also any recommended videos on how to create a ticket from an outlook email using Power Automate? Appreciate it.

The expression to get the first record doesnot works in compose - first(outputs('List User Records')?['body/result'])?['sys_id']

Pay attention to you spaces in the name of your outputs. You need to replace spaces with _ List User Records becomes 'List_User_Records'

Thanks Kent, this is terrific work. Do you think its possible to populate the Adaptive Card choice sets with SN data dynamically? Such as, providing a choice set that shows all Assignment Groups that the technician is a member of? Or is that impossible because the Adaptive Card selections happen before we can do a get user?

I haven't really kept up on Adaptive Cards but know they continue to improve on them but at the time of writing that, I don't think dynamic list were possible. Not sure if it has changed

That is the unique part of the URL for your ServiceNow instance. For example, if you are using a dev sandbox it could look something like this: dev#####

Hi Kent, I saw your video it's really nice. I just needed some help I want to create a system wherein for example if a ENQ, or RITM or CHG ticket is assigned to me, I can update the work notes of service now using teams bot. Is there any way with this video with small change I can do it. Thank you Kent this would help a lot of people!!!

You have not explained it properly, how did you get those Choice options? How did you get the remaining flow, some options are missing or hard to find , you should have created it step by step in this video, rather than already showing what's created and then explaining it.
