【Ingredients/amount】
Beef thigh (chunk)---600 g
Salt and pepper--------a little per each
Sake---------2 tbsp
Potato------1
Carrot-------1/2
Onion--------1/2
Vegetable oil---1 tbsp

【Cooking process】
①Season a beef thigh with salt and pepper, fry it up with heated vegetable oil in a frying pan, turn off the fire and add sake, cover the pan and leave it for about 15 min.
②Cut and shave a potato and carrot into oval shape, pour vegetable oil in another frying pan and heat it, add A and fry them up on strong heat after the oil heated, change the fire power into lower-middle heat, put a drop lid on it and boil them down for 10 min.
③Cut an onion into wedges, take off the ②’s drop lid, boil them down for 5 more minutes.
④Slice the ①’s beef thinly, decorate it with ③, put the opened snap peas together, pour in the boiled soup.
【Tips】
