Hal Miller portrayed Gordon differently than Matt Robinson and Roscoe Orman did. Roscoe is turning 80 this year, so he was just 30 years old when he joined Sesame Street in 1974.
I grew up knowing only Roscoe Orman as Gordon and he was one of my favorite adult characters. Looking at the older versions of Sesame Street I find he was the true Gordon. No offense to Hal Miller or Matt Robinson but Roscoe's reactions and take on the character Gordon were more fluid. I also loved how he was the first adult to believe in Big Bird about Snuffy meant so much more.

I have to say Gordon was so in the right. No matter if it's new or old, you don't want a ball hitting your car or someone using it to write something, that's someone's property.
honestly i hope you find episode 731 or 986 (where big bird is convinced that snuffy is imaginary, and when he tries to say goodbye to snuffy the latter's tears convince him that snuffy is real after all)
