06 - Walking and tone 

His arm still seemed very spastic to me while engaged in walking regardless of using a cane or not. Dry needling (sometimes with electric currency) combined with deep myofascial stretching is finally helping me to combat this. Botox made me extremely ill and left my arm too floppy. This stroke effect is deeply frustrating and painful & exhausting, so lots of love to any other stroke survivors dealing with this too♥️

I also had internal bleeding in my brain because some hooligans had hit my head with bamboo when I was 18 yrs old now I am 27,and even now also my right side body is not as flexible as a normal human does & I have gone to physiotherapists and still its as it please suggest some excercises which I can do myself to improve my physical condition

I suffered a stroke ayear ago n i can already walk but still feel a little wobbly eveytime

As you can see his hand still bend cause the pT must be ignore the hand and not giving him stretch over the years it get stiff and stuck I. That position county’s like us and Uk Have difrent policy for stretching which is sucks stretching is very important it help yo keep ur hand relaxed all time so if I know any stroke patients and their hand like this start stretching immediately I learn that hard way my physio was in USA my hand still stiff after 3 years now the stretching is very painful coz hand got stiff over the year

This is not one day project...Every day yo be done... Have seen my relatives and my dad..everyday is a progress... surrounded people hav to teach and talk to them and motivate..First have to start with bed exercises then make them sit everyday...make them stand everyday and ask thwm to press the affected leg as much as they can...next is good food..adding pepper turmeric and veegtables and greens to diet helps..other tip is using oil massage we use narayana thaila and also ayurveda thaila sudarshana thaila massage from amazon.. progress is slow but worth it..we shoild alsontry to get a flouwer cot so affected person can bend their body make them sit in cot itself
