Don't worry about comments on your english. Remember, those people can't speak your native language and if they did, they would be the same as you speaking english. People are ignorant.
You start off by telling us (eventually) that you have two iSCSI targets attached to your ESXi host without demonstrating how to do it. I wish that was included in your "Step by Step".
At minute 21:20 the 2 listed datastores are from the previously configured iSCSI configurations. You should have 3 listed there. Your configuration is incomplete, but the proof of concept is (partially) useful anyway.
how do you assign scsi target disk to more than one esxi host, I added 3 esxi in target and able to see raw disk in each esxi, formwat on one esxi but that datastore is not aprearing on other two host automatically ?

Nick, these are nice videos you are sharing to help others but please, 12:55 stop saying this is a lab therefore you are using a single adapter but in real life, we should use 2 NICs. That kind of sayings are wrong. If you are doing it, then do it right because it is what you learn and practice is what you implement.
@Rakesh Please read my recommendations properly. I did not say he was wrong but he has to do the labs as if it is in a real life. You get use to doing things in a lab.
