09-14 Chevy Silverado: No Start, lock on dash, b1380-06 

Yes!! Same problem here! The fuse was not blown, but had some light corrosion. Yanked out a random 15a, threw it in... and BAM!! Fired right up!!

I also want to thank you so much. This problem left me and my wife stranded at our local Walmart. Had the in laws pick us up. Been trying to diagnose it ever since. Seen this video this morning after all the other RU-vid videos I've been watching, went and tried it sure enough the darn thing started!!

Dude I want you to know how thankful I am for this video, my truck died with the same symptoms in a taco bell drive thru and hr from home. Got it towed back and for the past month I've been trying to figure it out, I did the relearn bought a new bcm and programmed it to no avail. Sure as shit this morning I watched your video and it was the same thing. Mine is a Duramax so I had to search a little harder on the we panel but the thing was toasted. I can't tell you how happy I was when it turned over after everything I've been through with it THANK YOU

Life safer, i spent the last 8 hours trying to diagnose this problem, thank you, and by the way that 2 amp fuse is hard to tell its blown i checked every fuse in the box and went back and checked that one closer and sure enough it was blown, thank you, "fucking chevy" love it

I was in the middle of a key relearn when I found this video, and one comment saying a 2 amp fuse is hard to tell is blown made me check it, sure enough it fired up, you guys are a life saver

Not sure what DLIS stands for. But quick answer I got. Its a fuse you pull when towing. So key can be in accessory without the bcm powering other stuff and killing the battery. Makes total sense in these no start situations. It disconnects ign switch from starter

Thank you so much man. I broke the key in the ignition and replaced the whole thing. Kept trying to program it 3x waiting 10 mins each time but it wouldn't do it. Ended up being this fuse.
