As Tropical Storm Ophelia makes its way north, Jersey Shore towns like here in Wildwood, New Jersey are beginning to see the impacts with rough surf and flooding. But thats not stopping the boardwalk shops from staying open nor the tourist enjoying their last bits of the beach season on the boardwalk.
