If you play this over the scene with Karin declaring herself as a member of the Hero Club and defeating the rest of the Vertex while Blooming, it’s so *fitting* in the scariest and epic ways possible

Personally I'd have preferred playing Hoshi to Hana's second stanza in that scene (from 輝けよ onwards the lyrics was literally about burning oneself away in exchange for power i.e. Blooming), but this also fits eerily
You know, Gin is probably one of the few heroes who fought more than one vertex in a single encounter and 'won'. She did that without any power-ups like in wakaba's time nor was the mankai system implemented yet.
That is what great about her last stand. Fighting a Vertex by yourself is already a long task but actually fought back 3 Vertexes and rout them? That is way too impressive even if you are using Mankai.

The lyrics are not official and there will probably never be any official, but they are there for interpretation. I've always 'translated' the lyrics thinking in the mindset of the heroes as well :)
I Definitely Can See why. To me Washio Sumi No Shou Prequel is Superior to the 1st Season as well, I would Rank The Nogi Wakaba Wa Yuusha De aru Manga Higher then Washio Sumi No Shou and Yuusha No Shou tho.

Anyone else getting the vibe that the composer just took the project file for ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆＊＊＊＊＊, changed up the melodies, shifted the key, converted it to 3/4 time, and called it a day? I mean, it's not like it's horrible, or even bad, or even average. *It's a really fucking good song.* But as far as I can tell, it's basically on the same level of alteration as an exceptionally good Undertale AU remix.
