RandomDragon.EXE wish they had him as a more major character, I've only seen the movie once, but this is by far my favorite scene and he made the movie for me, no lie, and that whole scene with all the music playing at once, damn, my only issue with this song is how that part just ended so suddenly, but still, this guy is epic

I have a character in D&D who was obsessed with undeath, and become a sort of lich, creating a town as a safe haven for sentient undead that meant no real harm. This is what I'm going to use as tavern music. Hands down.
He's living his best life, even if he's undead and smells like rotten meat. He's channeled his wife's ghost and she doesn't have to smell the whole, y'know, town of sentient undead.
Sometimes, that campaign was all theatre of the mind save for very big encounters. Now that I DM, I can't reasonably use Heroforge for every NPC because it would take way more money than I'd make.

Thank you for posting the instrumental version of this! Bone Juggles was amazing in that song but this way you can truly hear this Magician who plays the trumpet behind! 😁 And of course the piano and so goes on and the chorus that is supporting the whole thing! Honestly Danny Elfman gives his all when he creates the music for this amazing movie! I dunno who wrote the rest of the instruments (maybe it is Elfman himself) but honestly this is a masterpiece of soundtrack and travels us from the Victorian Era to the golden age of jazz with this song! Amazing music for an amazing movie! 🎵🎼💗
