The holes still punch, but the guidelines won’t work. It’s for B5 26 ring binders and A4 30 ring binders, not American letter size 3 ring binders.

yes po gumagana siya. yung sa first 4 punches mo, lagay mo yung red button sa 2nd to the last na hole, sundin mo rin yung sa A4 na size. pero yung last punch mo, ilagay mo sa 4th to the last hole tas follow lang yung sukat ng sa A4 size ng puncher

Tried it with a 3:1 step metal twin ring and it worked. Haven't tried with a continous spiral but I guess it should work as long as it fits with the hole spacing.
